Will probably get new aftermarket wheels when my factory Dunlops wear out. Till then thought I'd try a different look to get some black on what I consider plain looking steel wheels. Painted the centers with Krylon plastic fusion satin, and rubbed out the Yota symbol with q-tips and lacqour thinner. Scuffed the wheels with scotch brite pads, primed, and painted a couple coats of regular Krylon satin. Hope it sticks ok. Now thinkin about blackening the badges. Haven't even got 4,000 miles on the new truck. What's wrong with me?

That looks great man! I wouldn't bother with aftermarket wheels if I were you and the paint holds up. Good job!
