Painting 2007 Prerunner SR5 Offroad Wheel Fender Flares

    I have a 2007 Prerunner SR5 Offroad with some paint issues. The passenger side wheel fender flares' paint is "crumbling" off and I'm looking to see if this is something I could potentially do myself.


    I'm also have some paint issue on the passenger doors, right under the window. Is this something that can be buffed out or do I need to get them repainted?


    The passenger side gets a lot of sun, especially during the summer.
