Since they ship new leafs with minimal packaging, what us everyone using to touch them up? Or are you repainting the whole pack?

For some reason a rhino liner pops out as a good choice but I am not sure with the flexing that will be going on.

So I assume they will need to be touched up periodically?

For aesthetics only. Its not like leaf springs are gonna rust through. Every fall before I fluid film the truck, I go through with a rattle can and a wire brush to touch up anything rusting or exposed.

Being new last spring, not having any rust yet, i sprayed mine good with cosmoline rp-342. They still look the same as new today. If you have rusty ones, coat them with rustoleum rust converter, then when dry use rustoleum black paint. When all is dry coat them cosmoline rp-342. They should stay like new for years.
