    I just scuffed it up with some extra sandpaper I had laying around. I think it was 200. Then I gave it a coat of adhesion promoter, 2 coats of Duplicolor Gloss White (DA 1670), and 2 coats of clear.

    Looks good! But you should of washed your truck before you painted your bumper haha. Now you have to wait till the paint drys fully. But it matches really good. :cool:

    I didn't take the chrome off, I just roughed it up so that the paint could have bumps and ridges to stick to.

    Orbital sander will make it a lot easier for you. I'd use 80 grit to really get is scuffed up and 220 grit to smooth out the scratches.

    I'm not sure. Anything I've ever used adhesion promoter on, I've never used primer on. And vice versa.
