Paintless Dent Removal - Bay Area?

Anyone know of a good PDR shop in the Bay Area? Got a ding in my bed from someone hucking a bottle at me in morning rush hour and a dent in my tailgate from slowly backing into a bush that hid a fence post. Paint is fine, but I'd like these dents pushed out. Thanks!

There's a guy named Sal in San Mateo. He's a pretty good guy that typically works on high end cars and has a few dent awards/ championships under his belt.

I had a guy in Alameda take care of a pretty big spot I had in my rear fender. Looking at it now and you cannot tell it was there.
