Palworld - Gotta enslave 'em all!

Realizing later on how much room you really need for stuff, and being the type to do things blindly without any reading beforehand (you know, how we used to play video games) makes me realize I should've made my base elsewhere

It's alright, fun diving into all the stuff this game has for us so far

 

This probably took a good hour and a half but it's mostly moved over; destroyed my initial base once I got all my resources pulled over



Now just need to build up all the rest of my stuff; this place funnels any enemies to a single path making raids easy to stop

Not only that, by the trees there's a lot of ore to mine from which is the one thing that I hated going out to find especially for making bullets

 

Little more updating on the base; for anyone wondering about the "platform" on the bottom, I did that to prevent from trees respawning

If you look closely you'll see the faint line depicting the base boundary. Pals are stupid and will not step out of bounds however, if there is a tree between the boundary and the rock ledge, Pals can become stuck

Adding some stairs helped to make sure they weren't trying to climb up and get stuck if they fall off the ledge



Also come to find that the raids I hate most are groups of flying Pals; they fucking AoE like crazy and the group consisted of several different type not just one breed

 

Shouldn’t you be baking? Or fabbing something?

 

Kiddo napped and I designed 3 different items to cut tomorrow or the next

Got to play video games before he even woke up for his feeding

Sounds like you need to manage your time wisely especially if you can't fit video games, welding, CAD work, and family in your life

Ummmmm. I put my truck in 4WD today. Was a tough day for sure.

 

So, I only found out you can capture them a few days ago when I tried to slow down a raid and I was low on ammo

I kept throwing spheres at them and bam, I caught a few

I sold them off even though I don't need gold; those cats dig up a lot in the ranch

What 'meat' do you get from butchering them anyway? Asking for a friend
