Mine doesn't work either. I think it would be helpful to post your phone, network, JBL Audio (Yes or No), and whether or not you did the update that pushed two weeks ago.

    Phone: Samsung S6 Active
    Network: AT&T
    JBL Audio: No
    Update: Yes

I called Toyota and spoke with the Entune people. We may have arrived at a solution. They have units there along with several phones in order to troubleshoot. I have a Samsung S7 and keep in mind that previously I had tried just about every combination of unlinking, uninstalling and restarting that I thought possible. Here is what is currently works for me, even after a few car restarts, and is what customer support recommended. Follow the steps exactly and let me know if it works for you:

    1. Using your Entune App on your phone, unlink Pandora.
    2. Uninstall Entune on your phone.
    3. Turn off your phone.
    4. Using a Desktop (not your phone), login to Entune and link your Pandora account.
    5. Turn on your phone
    6. Install Entune and Login to your account using phone
    7. Start car and see if Pandora works.

Interestingly enough mine worked three times in a row this morning with restarts. If it acts up again I will try your above reccomendation.

Right after the update my Entune Pandora had the spinning death wheel. I simply disconnect the Entune connection on my iPhone 6 and then signed out completely. I signed back in to Entune, which automatically connected it back to my truck and Pandora has worked ever since.

Mine was hit and miss throughout the day today. Worked maybe 75% of the time.

My head unit has also randomly rebooted a few times. This update sucks.

Whatever the problem is, it isn't necessarily caused by the update in all cases. I only have about a 50 percent success rate launching Pandora from the head unit. For me, that was the case from day one. New software, old software, doesn't matter. I have a Nexus 6P that recently got updated to Android 7.0, no difference. No combination of Entune software on the truck, Entune software on the phone, or my version of Android has been any more or less successful than any other combination.

I called toyota about it a few days ago.

They only had me go into the Entune app and unlink my pandora account and then relink it to the entune app. Restarted the phone and since then Pandora has started 9/10 tries, which is about the same as it was before the app update.

Yeah, I did that yesterday. Worked about once.

This morning Pandora failed to start; checked my phone and the entune app was claiming a network failure. I force-quit the entune and pandora apps on my iphone and reopened them. Pandora on the head unit was happy with that.

Yeah, it is, but even so it's a heck of an improvement over my previous truck's cellphone integration....

Mines effed as well. Worked great, then boom. I have just been using the pandora app on my phone and selecting bluetooth audio through the head unit until they get it fixed...

Mine worked again this morning. It is almost like the Entune App is not starting properly when it fails. I don't run any other apps on Entune so it's hard to say if it's the entune app or the head unit software.

From what I saw this morning it seems to be the entune app on my phone, but I've not really messed with it a whole lot.

I find that I can always run Slacker Radio regardless of if Pandora Works. This sucks. Pandora was working perfectly for me until they pushed the update. I'd run Slacker instead, if you didn't have to manually pick a station every damn time you start the truck. :bananadead:

I have an iPhone 6, JBL in the truck. Mine works about 75% of the time and that doesn't seem to be relative to the software version as it has been that way since I got it. Closing Entune on the phone by double clicking and then swiping up, then resigning in seems to force it to work but even that isn't fool proof and is a pain. I've usually pulled out into traffic by the time I discover Pandora isn't going to work so I don't mess much with the phone after that, just switch to an FM station.

My phone keeps turning off the entune app. As long as the app is running on my phone I havent had any connection issues.
