    I don't know what the Toy maker would call it in their system, but Mitchell calls it a "Lower Instrument Panel Finisher".

    Excellent, thanks! That was what I was looking for.

    Toyota calls it a "PANEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH, LOWER NO.1".

    Looks like they want $186.54 for it. So, off to the junk yard!
