Workin' on picking up some nut/stems and tubing with correct Oetiker clamps for 10 feet of 3/8" high pressure tubing. LMK if interested.

All you'd need is a wrench to attach the nut/stem to your cylinder and a tire filler with 3/8" barbed fitting. System complete.

Could even add the filler with correct sized fitting and send all as one unit, ready to rock after attached to a cylinder. :notsure:

I just set this up if you guys are game, I can get tubing, Oetiker clamps, nut/stem, used regulators, new regulators, compression washers, tire filler like the one shown (it's a Harbor Freight item). I can assemble a complete kit that is ready to go out of the box or I can send individual pieces, totally up to you.

I can grab parts over the weekend or next week, depending on whether or not you want regulators. Used regulator might be $20, maybe less. Not looking to make money on this, but if it helps you out let me know, you pay what I pay (I have a connection on all of this equipment and can get it for much less this way) and I can probably throw it in a flat rate USPS box, or I can ship UPS if you prefer to pay extra for more assured shipping.

Let me check my hoses and what have you and see what I have vs what would need to be built. I have two dual gauge regulators, but I believe they only go up to 80psi (homebrewproblems)

Speaking of, it's time for a beer. It's been one hell of a day.

80 PSI is plenty for tire filling, I'd think. I'm not sure what our cylinder is set at, but I'd be surprised it was over 50 PSI. Though I haven't fiddled with the pressure adjustment since I put the thing together in 2007, just locked down the nut and left it be.

I can ship regulators setup for normal air lines, also, but the high pressure tubing is a cheap option that works beautifully and takes abuse. I can get any length of tubing, too, I just thought 10 feet would be enough to hit all 4 tires if you had the cylinder mounted in the bed. Could be wrong, but it comes in 1000' spools so I can accommodate, priced by the foot.

If you were local I'd give you good deals on cylinders also but shipping would spoil any savings, probably.

Nut and stem works, too.. but you have to be really aware of how much your valve is open so you don't blow your tire out and is a little sketchy.. Regulator is idiot proof and recommended, I can get used regulators with cylinder fill gauge and PSI gauge, possibly with just the PSI gauge depending on what is available.
