    Right on. Sounds like a big leak if the compressor keeps running. Small leaks, the compressor would only come on every so often. You should be able to find it fairly quickly. I had a small leak in mine when I first hooked it up. Some soapy water found it right quick.

    That actuator sounds like a whorenocker to diagnose. Good luck with that.

    well when I went out after dinner I started it up and the 4wd light went off...

    I'm wondering if it had anything to do with the cold weather over the weekend?


    And when I flipped the compressor switch it worked properly, so I flipped the locker switch and it also worked properly. I don't know why it kept running over the weekend??

    I cant say anything about your no wheel drive actuator... Thing has a split personality.

    Try flipping the switch on the compressor and then locking it... Leave it on and locked for 7 minutes or so. The compressor should not kick on in less than that time. If it does, you have a leak.

    yea tried it. no problem.

    only thing i can think of is i was moving when i tried it over the weekend.. but i was going slow so i don't see how that should cause a problem

    Yea. That's strange. Moving or stopped, the compressor shouldn't run for more than a second. Your rig is possessed.

    Looks great man! Glad they worked out. I had my hand on welding today too. Got most of the Tire Carrier/Bed Bars welded up today. Still have some tabs to weld on for antenna mounts. Then its time to paint. Never mind the tiny spare... waiting on my full size to show up this week.
