Didn't do my steering wheel, but I did the front and rear "Oh Shit" handles and the front door pulls. Also wrapped the shifter knob. Plan on doing the steering wheel soon as my current steering wheel cover is deteriorating quickly.

6hrs? You're more dedicated than me, I lose interest in about 15 minutes. I like it, but unless you plan on doing mine, it will never happen.

I have been thinking about paracord handles, I never though about wrapping them. Hmmm

I did mine. I take the train into work and wrapped them there to kill some time.

I used to make things while I was hunting. Keeping my hands busy while I stared across a valley kept me from getting up and hiking and making noise. I've done countless bracelets, done multiple belts, wrapped flashlights, done rifle slings in different weaves including my favorite style of backpack style rifle slings. While having paracord can be really handy offroad, once you've spent a couple days weaving something you'll look for just about any alternative to unweaving it to use it  Keep an extra pack around to actually use. I can do a belt or a sling in about no time flat, I'm still not taking that sucker apart unless I have to!
