I really like that its mounted out of the way in the bed. Its really easy to get out if I were to need it but I have yet to actually use the jack at this point. Now I just need to find a good way of mounting my MaxTrax in the bed. Currently using zip ties.

Thanks man! Yeah I really wish I would of went with a smaller CB radio because this one is really in the way. I plan on swapping to bucket seats so i can have a center console, so when I do that I may replace the center piece I cut up and buy a smaller unit.

I can get more pics of how its mounted but here is the kit I have. I dont have a spare tire under the truck anymore. I removed the hook that raises and lowers the tire. There is a piece of angle iron going from one side of the frame to the other and thats what everything is mounted to. Its bolted to the same bolts used for holding the bed to the back i believe. We have the air breather for it routed up into the bed side to avoid ever sucking water when wheeling.

So.... I haven’t posted in a few but I had my muffler replaced and had them dump it straight down. I will get pics but now I don’t have to worry about hitting the pipe on rocks. Still need to install my light bar and my rock sliders.

Also I just bought this lol.

I will also be getting bump stops for the old taco since my tires were hitting my fenders last off-road trip.

Wowurs. That's an incredibly gorgeous pair you've got there! I'll store your first gen for ya ;) haha

I'm interested to see what you did with the exhaust since mine just dumps under the bed, which appears to have helped increase the rate of rusting. Going to redo the exhaust after I do my frame swap...

It’s been a while since I posted because I have been busy. I was having a lot of rubbing issues with my 12.5 wide tires so I switched to km3 33x10.5 tires. They really helped this last weekend, didn’t rub at all and the grip was amazing. I also finally added my light bar.

I also finally got my rock sliders from relentless. My rockers are being completely replaced in a few weeks then they will be welding on the sliders.

Future plans are to SAS the truck end of this year or early next year and run 35-37s.

So the last couple times I had my rockers fixed, the rust has come back quickly so I decided to have them replaced. The back of the panels tell the story.

After the rockers are replaced I have a bunch of frame kits that will be welded on to beef up the frame before adding the rock sliders.

Little update to the rockers, the driver side inner rocker was toast so it had to be replaced too. The good news is now I have all new metal that has been treated inside and out to prevent rust.

Getting the truck back today and getting sliders put on tomorrow before this weekends trip.

Last photo is a pic of my truck a friend made me out of paper for my birthday. Her attention to detail is crazy.

LOVE YOUR BUILD!! I'm not sure on what tire width to go for. Currently have 32' x 12.5" but soon will get 33" just don't know on the width yet. Are you liking the new 10.5" ones better then the older 12.5" ?

Thanks! I ran with the 33x12.5 tires for about a year and they were great except when the suspension would compress, i would rub a lot. I personally like the 10.5s and will be sticking with them till I start my SAS swap. I do think the wider tires look better on my truck but its not worth all the rubbing and these new KM3's are amazing offroad. The KO2's I had before had virtually no road noise which was nice since the mud tires can be a little noisy on the highway. Overall I am very happy I switched.

I probably wont do any heavy off roading or rock climbing. This truck would be my main daily driver, so most likely go for all-terrain tires probably KO2's. So with that, what would you recommend, the 10.5" or 12.5" ?

Is there a way you can upload a front and back picture of your truck just to see how the tires look. So I can compare with some earlier pictures you had with your previous 12.5" KO2's. Sub'd
