decided to fix the bumper and add a tire swing out.

welding up the sleeve for the spindle
    BgXQnAYGow3c90aPB9H72DNbIMyA_NSTKwtTI0LX_e7d671d09a646c027cd2b3e755a9cd346e5b26e0.jpg

also added a plate to fill in the huge gap
    nFr3HKaqZgXIADUZPffWdleDyGOyx4KNA5n6r7gp_cefab0667e634630a127100635ab16f041a39bd8.jpg

the main upright is slightly bent to help angle the tire.

almost done, got the tire part finished, and need to add in the fuel can holder.

also ran into a issue with the RTT on the cab, seems its a bit much weight for the shell. started cracking on both sides.
    HB5ZFKQ8W0sjFW6AvqIIxkLLaHDB0tAwngZ4zV3T_cc1d4c80911ee6e45f268fe4488e7157083f7ca9.jpg

so decided to build a internal cage (didnt want an external one due to the noise of the side parts)
    c5RF8R2pTMXdXmfL9nJLmt72OB00uHWz1v_NPtkr_89ec060c2a51707da8971252951ff997960f8106.jpg

put a slight bend in it to match the arc of the shell
    78JIeSvPXqG369dIJakyabxEnyFSV64ldiE4DNER_05e46cc7a56523b1931c269cd9760a46b6c6cc25.jpg

and another test fit. super tight.

and finished. I also put in 4 flush mount LEDs into the cage to help light up the inside.

i have one more to make for the rear.

over heated the tranny on one of my last trips so decided to get an idea on what temps my tranny is running. apparently 33s and stock gearing is heating up the tranny way to much. on my last trip out i got to 260deg. not good. so doing a band aid till i regear.

on one of my camping trips my buddy lost the fitting to my on board air so i had to borrow something to air up my damn tires. so decided to make a quick package.
arb air gauge, 12ft of lime green air hose, and a nice USA made bag to hold it all.

finished up the fuel can holder. modded the CBI holder to allow for a water valve to make it easy to use.

I think you are missing some words here lol.
but if you are asking if i need them, nope, but it is nice to have on cold mornings and after snowboarding and such. wife also loves them so that helps lol. and no, these are just inserts for normal seats, i have never been a fan of the wet okole covers

Haha I meant that I need them myself. I had them in my AWD BMW and they were the best especially after snowboarding like you said. I am hoping to eventually swap these seats with something that has more adjustment and do the same with some inserts. Where did you get the inserts if you don't mind me asking?

yea its just a spdt, i wish they had a option for a hi/off/low but they didnt and trying to talk to them was like banging your head on the wall. super not helpful just want to push what they have. but i will say that they do nice work on the switches. I am still thinking of moving those and putting two different switches so i can use the round switches and put them in the center console.
