    Just a build thread for my new used 2nd gen.
    Decided to upgrade from my 1st gen as i needed something with more towing capacity. Didnt want a full size truck and found this one for a good price.

    2014 4x4 DCSB Tacoma with 163000 miles lol

    I think the first thing was to give it a quick tune up, oil change, air filter and plugs

    yep, plugs were old as dirt lol

    next up was to install all the towing parts.
    I added the aux cooler, wiring for the brake controller, hitch and 7pin trailer connection.
    huge transmission cooler with aux fan. fan comes on at 190deg (never came on towing my fj40)

    the next weekend I needed to get the tent off the old truck so i can get it ready to sell so i needed a setup to hold my RTT.
    3ish sticks later and some flat plate i had made up a nice bed rack.

    Got these in the other day. these will go in the rear with custom mounts top and bottom. going to pair them with some deaver expo leafs.
    12" Fox with dual adjusters.

    got my ARB snorkel installed. so fun cutting huge holes in the truck :D

    also got my seat heaters installed lol, totally needed in San Diego.

    while doing that, I raised the rear of the seats 1" with some stainless spacers i made.

    got some more work done.
    picked up some dakar rear springs and some lift spacers for the front while i wait for the Fox coilovers to show up.

    new ARB bumper showed up also, got it installed and test fitted before i cut the stock bumper up.

    got the bumper cut up to fit around the ARB bumper

    got the arb brackets to redrilled for the 1" bodylift. seems like it fits well.

    got my locking hub conversion installed, new rotors to replace the old crap
