So I’ve had my pioneer AVH-X5800BHS for a couple years now and I’ve never hooked up the parking brake or ran the usb/aux cables out into the cab. This was fine up until the point you try to add more than 3 phones to the Bluetooth. It only saves 3 so you have to have the parking break set to be able to clear the memory. Other than that great radio. So after a road trip in the middle of December where we had to take the truck to get a couch we were being given I decided it was time to fix it. While at work I noticed some parts from an emergency ballast kit for flourecent lights had grommets and a normally closed momentary push button switch. It was a match made in heaven. 5562EDA2-67E3-4CE5-94EC-AAA5BAF9C731.jpgB5773319-01F3-4831-AAC6-4A9F199FA82D.jpg561AE5DB-B45D-434E-812F-FF102DAE4029.jpg79A75D38-B738-40EE-ABE1-C0AC5A703ADA.jpg405372E6-729D-4437-B4D2-D2B41EBF5BC0.jpg5A086F9B-0E42-4884-9A11-65E27C2C72C2.jpgFD02E4D8-DEE8-4ECB-8861-C0144DD9FFB9.jpg03AB5710-6C1A-4F4A-BE4A-3341F09DDBBD.jpg

What dash kit is that? I have the same radio but with a scosche kit and the one you have seems to fit a lot better.
