Okay I need help here. I am going to install a Sony head unit in my 2018 Tacoma SR 4 door. I want to do the right thing and wire it to the parking brake for safety. The parking brake on the 3rd gen trucks are in the center. I want the easiest access to the parking brake wire harness and not have to pull the center console up if I can help it but I will if there's no other option. I would like to just be able to use a posi connector to tap in to that wire in the wire harness. Would somebody please tell me where this wire harness is on this truck? Close up photos would be a tremendous help. The only photos I've seen on here are of the 2nd gen Tacomas. I understand that particular wire in question is green with a yellow stripe? I looked under the dash on the drive side and there are several wire harnesses, looks like, behind the kick panel but I don't know if I'm looking in the right place or not. Please advise. Thanks in advance.
