Part # for gas tank bands for skid plate addition?

My computer is real slow and a search last night only came up with 2014, no higher. I bought a gas tank skid plate and sliders from RCI Metalworks and I need the Toyota bands that allow a skid plate to be bolted on to a '16 AC 4X4 6' bed, manual. Anyone have the part or kit # that allows a skid plate to be bolted up? The regular bands will not work. I called an online Toyota dealer but they were no help. Mentioned after market skid plate and they said no guarantee they would work. I won't be at a Toy dealer until Thursday.

Looks like if your truck did not come with a fuel tank skid plate and you want to replace it with a after market one, there are no available straps to change over in the USA or ordered. So, I'm stuck with a skid plate I can't use for now.

Have you tried Bud Built?
I know they have aftermarket '05-'15...

 

Bud Built only has a couple Tacoma items, related to a winch was all. I received an email reply from RCI over my skid plate, they received some straps I need and I called this AM and have a set coming.

I'm in the same boat. I think only the TRD OR comes with the factory gas tank skid plate. Sent email to RCI. No response yet.

 

I called again yesterday AM they had not shipped my straps. Jason answered, shipped out today with a tracking #. Should have by Friday, but I'm backpacking on the coast then. Their # is 970 222-9195. Mt. time, they open at 9AM.

Is the OR gas tank skid plate metal or plastic? I've seen it under there but never inspected it to check what material it's made of

 

Should be steel looking at the ends, but I only have the Sport.
