Part Identification

Can someone help me out? So I finally got around to pulling the bed of my 02 off to deal with frame rust. Wasn't too bad. Needed a little welding, painted the whole thing with Rust Bullet. I did the underside of the bed also. There's a shield of some sort, attached to the bottom of the bed, Pass side, that on my truck is mostly rusted away to nothing. I'd like to replace it before I put the bed back on and I just can't find it on any parts site. I don't even know what Toyota calls it. I've tried searching for heat shield, insulator. It's about where the catalytic converter would be (I think). It has an arrow on it pointing toward the cab. There's not much more left than that.

Can anyone help me ID this part so I can get it on order?
