Part Number for Bolt that Attaches Frame Braces to Skid Plate

Does anyone know how I can find the part number to this bolt? This bolt and washer connect the two braces from the frame that cover up the catalytic converters. I don't actually know what they are called. Does anyone know how I can figure out the part number of the bolt? I needed a 12mm socket to take it off and the bolt stud is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long. Should be an M8-1.25 pitch and however long it is.

For future reference Toyota bolts seem to be 4MM smaller than the hex dimension.

To confirm just take the bolt into your local ACE hardware to the hardware department and they should have a jig to check.
