Part number for Skid plate/heat shield that blocks grease zerk

2016 Tacoma DBL LB 4x4

So I'm greasing up the chassis yesterday and while taking off that Skid plate / heat shield that blocks the last rear grease zerk, one of the bolts snapped off.. So I need to order a new set of bolts and skid plate, since this one is pretty rusted out.
Though when I search for the part, there really isn't a clear picture of which part to order?

I vaguely remember seeing the part number on this site in the past, any help would be great.
