Part number for this piece on bumper cover?

Hi, does anyone know what the part number is for these white plastic pieces on the front bumper cover? One is broken as you can see. Or, any recommendations for a new bumper cover?

I think that piece only exists on 1998-2000 6-lug trucks. The earlier and later trucks used a different bumper design with different mounting brackets.

It was broken on my truck too and I just lived with it, it never seemed to cause any problems beyond the bumper looking a little crooked.

 

You could bend a piece of 1/8 steel to make one - might have to weld another piece to get both bolt holes on the bumper side to be used though.
