    I've looked everywhere and can only find what I assume is the 4wd version with a hole for the axle.

    Oh, the ebay pic in your link looks correct but when I put that number in for a Toyota part it comes back as a seal. Weird.

    If I click pick similar parts that fit I get this, which looks like an updated part. It looks plastic.

    That is the one for the front.
    The one you see as soon as you take the wheel off.
    On mine, it covers the axle nut.

    I typed in a 2006 PreRunner and it gives me the same part number.
    Why yours is coming up different I don’t know?

    I am using Toyota own parts page?
