I'm about to part my 01 Taco (all except cab and frame) to a buddy of mine but I'm not sure of the worth of my parts. If you guys could help me out, I would appreciate it! Here's what he's wants:

    5VZFE w/ 150k miles
    5 speed tranny
    Drive shaft
    Rear axle with E-Locker

    Thanks in advance guys!

I'd say somewhere between $1500-$1750. What are his plans if you don't mind me asking?

You're saying $1500 to 1750 for all of it? I would imagine the the motor and rear axle are worth more than that alone....?
He's swapping his 3.0L and drive train for mine out of his Toyota p/u.

Let me rephrase my post....I'm getting rid of all of the moving parts as I'm upgrading to a 350 and everything to match it including a solid front. Everything else stays. The rear bumper and bed will end up going but the bumper has a dent and the bed isn't "new" looking. I'm in Afghanistan right now anyway. This is something I'll be starting this time next year when I return.

I'm trying to get some numbers because he's going to do some wood work for me in trade. Just trying to find out how even of a trade it will be.
