Partial front bumper removal

I just got my MESO headlight trim plates yesterday. I know I have to pull my grille out, and the bumper needs to come off. How can I get the bumper partially moved enough to put my trim plates on?

I think a few people have just did a partial removal to put these one. Just unbolting some of the top row bumper clips to get access.

I just did mine when I replaced my headlights.
