I have been battling a water leak gathering down at the passenger side foot well for a few months after having the frame replaced.
After a lot of searching on the forum and checking the AC condensate drain, I started to look at the A pillar as the stream of water seemed to be coming from above and running down the corner of the dash and into the area of the kick panel.

I took the plastic cover and grab handle off the inside A pillar and run a hose over the outside of the Cab in that area and water began to drip from the headliner.

I was still not sure if it was the windshield seal or the rubber strip that conceals to roof rack mounting points, so I started the truck and ran the blower on high with the fresh air setting and closed the windows and doors to pressurize the Cab. I then took soapy water in a spray bottle and sprayed the area and bubbles started to form about three inches out from the corner of the top of the windshield.

I believe that this happened when the dealer removed the cab from the frame (probably tweaked it a little) and this issue was not there before they did the job.
Of coarse they didn't want to hear it.....

    Hope this help someone else.

Very clever way to find the leak.
