Yes! I've noticed it now that the mornings are getting colder. A ton of rattling until the dash heats up a bit. Funny enough the same side also makes noise in hot weather. If I leave the truck out in the hot sun it will rattle/squeak until the dash cools. The dash temperature needs to be jusssst right.

It's just another annoying little quirk. It is annoying and I'm not happy about it, but I'll deal with it as long as it keeps going away within the first 5-10 minutes of driving. Not worth tearing stuff apart and potentially making it worse....

It's the speaker cover/A-pillar plastic rubbing. Mine did it a lot last winter. I jammed a toothpick in between and it stopped. Over the summer it was warm enough and made no sound at all, without the toothpick. Now, it's cooling off, and the sound is back! I thought about taking the speaker cover off and shaving the side down a bit... Definitely worse when the truck is cold, but most of my trips are less than 10 minutes in town for work, so the interior never heats up enough for it to go away.

Interesting I have the same issue, it happens only in the mornings. It's at the dealer now and they are going to take a test drive in the morning. Yet the lady called yesterday and said it was because of my skid plate being loose....

Noticed it for the first time this morning. This was the first morning that the temp has been below 50 when I left for work so I think everybody is right that it is related to temps.

I have a buzzing under my dash on the passenger side. It's annoying as hell, but I have isolated it to a wire loom that is next to the blower motor. I have a pic I'll try to post it later.

some more permanent fixes i know of for stuff like this would be: take the piece of plastic that is vibrating off and take each individual clip/pin holding it in and wrap them in some type of tape. Any tape will work as long as the clips/pins fit back into place. Put them back in and wiggle to test if they fit better. Keep taping until theres no more rattle. Just the pins will usually get rid of vibration but if theres any left you can put something on the back of the plastic... taping a microfiber towel to the back of the plastic piece works (the 24 for 10$ at auto zone ones work great for this), or really putting anything behind the plastic will help... dynamat if you have some laying around, you can kinda get creative here because it doesn't matter a whole lot as long as theres nothing in there to rattle around and make more noise itself

Check your darn glove boxes. If it's not the manuals and things buzzing around it could be the cabin air filter compartment isn't latched fully (back of glove compartment).

Both true^^ also, when you don't have passengers in the car, make sure all seat belts are properly in their seat belt holders. The proper way is doing it so that the seat belt latch itself rests just above the seatbelt bracket. Then if there are still rattles then have somebody else drive and go around the cabin while they're driving and touch stuff until you hear the noise stop. Make a mental note of which ones stop noises and then take those panels off and put sound dampening stuff behind it and tape around the clips. You'll be shocked the difference taping the clips makes

The plastic on the A pillar comes into contact below the speaker cover plastic and makes the creak.

I've noticed mine doing this as well. It Sounds almost like a loose speaker wire. At first I thought it was a loose wire but it's constant even with the radio off? I have less than 5000k miles and I'm less than impressed. I also get an annoying rattle from my drivers side window when it's halfway down. I went from a 13 Silverado to my 16 taco and I'm not sure I made the right choice.

That's my guess of the general area also. Once it gets above about 60F, no creaks but anything below and it'll drive you nuts. I can push on the dash and it makes the same sound.

Exactly! If I have a passenger in the truck and they push on the speaker cover, it'll stop.

Thanks. The dealer heard it too and they are going to replace it under warranty.

My passenger seat-back rattles. It doesn't when someone is in it, or I hold the seat-back tight. First time I've had a seat rattle...crazy! Problem is...I'm not sure how to fix it.o_O
