If this were the problem then your leak would only happen when water was falling on the truck somehow. Most in this thread attributed it to the AC

Unless the condensate drain line is plugged and backfilling the unit, sealing components will not likely resolve your issue as this does not appear to be an overflow issue.

Sounds to me like quality insulation needs to be added/implemented around the component which is condensing/dripping. This would effectively eliminate any condensate sweat from dripping onto the floorboard.

This was from the same A/C drain plug issue! Right under the passenger floor mat.

Reviving this thread. 2022 TRD OR MT. A/C leaks into the passenger footwell on drives over an hour in 90+ heat, which is 7 months out of the year here in central TX. Most noticeable when recirc is off, but it can still leak with recirc on. Started to get that musty smell from the carpet. No bueno. And it sounds like Toyota won't do squat. My last yr of bumper to bumper warranty runs out July 2025 so i'll try and get Toyota to look at it before then. However my dealership is a pain when it comes to any sort of warranty work. Fun times ahead.

my POS does this too. I've had some other trucks that would drip a couple of drops but this thing will soak whatever/whomever is underneath it.
someone said thats why the recirculate is set to come on at start up...thats great except it changes the pitch/pressure of the AC and bugs the F out of me. same for the stupid cheap fan motor sounds like it has leaves in it on lower speeds. jfc i hate this truck.....
