While cleaning my 2016 trd sport yesterday, I noticed that it was quite wet under the passenger side floor mat. the top of the floor mat was completely dry.. Curious to see if anyone else has run into this situation. I live in B.C. where it's been raining for the past 4 weeks straight. Thinking it could be a faulty plug under the truck that's just been slowly letting water in with all this rain.

Yup, I'd start with that plug. There are quite a few of them at the bottom of the truck. If you take off the plastic trim, you should be able to pull back the carpet; see if you can remove it to get to the plug from the interior side - that'll let you confirm whether it's the source, and seal it.

I'm also in raincouver, and also discovered water in my truck last night, but from a different entry point: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...water-into-interior-and-yours-are-too.460293/ Check this one on yours, too.
