I noticed today that the truck had a visual slant to the passenger side. I did some measuring on flat surface and it seems like the front passenger side does sit about 1.3” lower than driver.

I recently replaced the rear leaf springs and Bilstien 4600 shocks. But not the front. I’m wondering if this rake is normal or is my front suspension tired. They look to be original at 260k, so it’s very likely. Was really wanting to push that expense off until next year if possible.

if I were needing to upgrade (want to keep close to OEM), I was planning on putting some 4600s in the front as well. Any budget friendly recommendations that offer decent quality?

I run these but since you've already done the rears, just these. Fully assembled, no fiddling with spring compressors or making sure you get all the hardware, as close to stock as you can get. The OEM is discontinued, these are Moog springs over Bilsteins.

Your problem is unusual IMO, having issues on one side. I'd crawl around under with the tape measure and see if anything is majorly off (like spring length.) Alternatively you could take it in to an alignment shop and see if they can offer up any ideas.
