Passenger rattle /vibration under load

So I've been having this problem for quite some time, I'm usually pretty good at this stuff, but after months of trying I'm giving up and turning to the pros (you guys). So I have this metallic sounding, vibration coming somewhwre from my passanger fender, headliner, seat, some where over there! But only from 4000-5500 rpm, yes I run it thru the rpm sometimes. But it's only under load. Never when I'm im in park or neutral. It's not the buzzing under the dash, I've addressed that already, I've drove around with my door panels off with a friend in the passanger seat applying to pressures to everywhere I can think of, glovebox out, everything .
