    Good initial report on the Made in USA console lid cover. I did not notice and vibration noise this morning and it was 25°F overnight. This cover was simple to install and looks real nice. I bought this to fix a functional problem and have the bonus of a cosmetic enhancement!

    I agree, very annoying! and I, too, think it's in the lower portion of the seat and also have after market leather seats. I added seat risers; and it seems to have started when I did that. I know the rails are tightened fully to the torque specifications of 27 lbs; but, somehow, the rattle is in the seat back hinges. Is there anyway to take the plastic hinge caps off to see if there are bolts that can be tightened? Obviously, that would require removal of the seat; but, would be well worth it if I knew that would fix it.

    My 2022 passenger seat rattles really bad since day 1. I bought two tacomas at the same time same trim level. One rattles the other dosen't. Dealer said it was normal. So I filed a complaint with Corp.

    Keep us in the loop on what comes of your complaint to corporate.
    I have also found sliding the seat forward nearly to the limit of travel settles things down a lot. After having a human in the passenger seat it takes a few days of the seat shaking like a fucking earthquake for me to get out and slide it forward again. Only during cold weather months!

    I installed seat risers on the rear rail positions but only on the driver's seat. These were something like a 1" rise, slanting the seat forward. Is this what you are referring to cryptolime?

    mine went on the front mounting points of the seat which raises the front end of the seat. sounds like the opposite of what you have.

    I am 5'9" so leg support is not a problem. I feel comfortable sitting more upright. The front lifts could be a 2 birds with 1 stone solution for me; reduce or eliminate the vibration plus encourage my wife to sleep during road trips:yay:
