I do recall having a similar voice in my 1st gen, ended up shoving some rubber liner in between the windshield and the dash. Never heard the noise again after that.

I am pretty OCD with rattles. I ended up pulling the A pillar out along with the speaker cover. Found some areas where it would rub when cold and used TESA tape on all of those areas. If you haven't used TESA tape it is a cloth covered tape that helps with rattles, commonly used on wiring harnesses etc. That fixed my problem on my 2017.

Hey guys! So my 2020 stock TRD OFF ROAD is driving me insane with the this buzzing/ rattle noise. I’ve taken it in to the dealer 3 times and they can not fix it. I have absolutely nothing in my glove box. A/c on or off it will do it. Dealership installed some felt tape on the cabin air filter door but it’s still making the noise. Below is the link to YouTube for the buzzing noise.

I listened to your video, that is a new noise I haven't heard. These trucks are notorious for noises like that lol. You're not alone!

Been having this issue intermittently but it sounds closer to the passenger side speaker area for me. Interestingly enough my wife’s Prius makes almost the exact same noise in that area as well.

Tracking this down can be a nightmare. I had a '78 Porsche 911SC that had a squeak in the dash. I took the entire dash apart, including putting a palm sander wrapped in a towel on the dash to recreate the sound, and couldn't find it. It only did it while driving, but it was definitely coming from the dash. Or so I thought. I ended up placing my hand on the hood to check something else, and heard the squeak. Turns out it was the hood latch, where a rubber piece had gone missing. Sounds transmit/transfer in mysterious ways in vehicles.

By the way, I had a passenger door rattle in mine that would come and go. Turned out to be the passenger seatbelt latch. When retracted, sometimes it would get turned and stuck on the front seat. The latch was rattling against the pillar.
