New one to me, heavy rain today in Alabama, got in my truck and noticed water drips onto passenger seat from where the headliner meets the plastic for the door pillar / seatbelt, appears wet right there but not soaked. All the seals are intact and my sunroof isn’t clogged or leaking. Wondering if anyone has experienced similar, of course my 2020 is right at 34k and looking to have it addressed sooner than later. No roof rack but suspect the seal might have failed.

Interesting that you don't have a roof rack as this is usually a sign of someone not using enough or any silicone for the bolt holes. First owner of the truck? No one could have had one installed prior? I would take it to Toyota if you're the only owner, should be covered under warranty if this is a stock roof.

Are you the first owner of the truck? A leak to that area would really seem like it'd be possibly coming from the roof rack mounting holes or sunroof, but if you ruled out sunroof, I'd peel the roof moulding back and check the roof rack mounting holes.

Yep, owned since new. Trip to dealer scheduled, which I'm sure they'll say they can't replicate the leak.
