Passenger side high beam stopped working. Anyone experienced this?

Obviously I tried swapping the bulbs and that wasn't it. I checked the ends with the multimeter and there's no power getting there. Next step is to start tracing down the wires, but before that I was just hoping someone else may have seen this and might know something easy to check first? Thanks

 

Fuse?

 

WTF?! The fuse was completely gone?? The only thing I can think of is that when I took it in to get inspected the other day they removed it to get more work, when they told me they couldn't inspect it and that it wasn't the bulb so they could do some diagnostic work and get it fixed. I told them F that and gimme my truck, but damn, check the simplest things first. Thanks
