Same story as anything else in life. $50 = good deal. $290 = people with unreasonable expectations. Tale as old as time.

Stock (99.999%) OEM Bed Floor Mat, Front Bed Rail Cargo Net and hooks, Auto-Dim mirror w/Compass and outside Temperature display, TRD Pro Grille, Uni-Filter air pump modification, WeatherTech floor liners f/r. (winter) OEM All-Weather floor mats (summer).
Shop around a little. FWIW: A few months ago I had to replace one of mine. I went on the Toyota parts website and searched the local dealers in the area around me. Found most of them had them for around $150 with the 20% off deal the site happened to be running at the time. List then was $216. (2014 w/LED center lamp type). I selected the free pick-up at the dealership option so no shipping costs, and usually have it the next day if you order in the morning. The site runs free shipping and discount deals quite often.

Some dealerships will match the on-line price if you ask, and especially if you bring documentation like a screen-shot of the shopping cart... (And are nice.);) I'm in their parts system purchase history, and sometimes they just give me the discount. Nice bonus is Toyota has one of their big parts distribution facilities a couple of towns over, so most stuff is ready for pickup at the dealership the next day. The OEM replacement came with all of the other conventional bulbs and the wiring harness.
