Passenger wiper not parking fully

Does this look normal to you guys?

To me it looks like the wiper isn't fully parked. Can I adjust it?

Don't want to go to the dealer for something I can just do myself at home

 

Kevin, I think they're on splines. With other vehicles, you can remove the wiper and reset it on a notch lower.

Do you think the dealer will charge you? I ask because your truck is fairly new.

 

Could be a bent arm or wiper blade. On my truck if I tap the the mist control the blades come up 3-4" and stop. I don't know if this is correct, but it puts the blades right over the heated part of the windshield. Could something similar be going on here?

 

My wiper just started doing this a week ago. Goes all the way down and then bounces up a hair. Also my timer knob for my wiper no longer sets a variable time it's stuck on fast. Fairly annoying.

i removed the cap, and used a 15mm offset box wrench (maybe 14 i forgot) to remove the wiper. i tried to reindex it down a tooth and its a little better, not parked as far down as the drivers side which still bugs me, but a slight improvement. id like it as far down as possible without hitting the window trim to cut down on noise but it was the closest i could get it...
