Anyone in the Charlotte North Carolina area that would like to make some extra money by helping me install new parts on my 2006 Toyota Tacoma pre-runner?
New parts include new front hubs, front rotors, front pads, calipers, new brake lines, rear drums, rear shoes, rear brake lines.
I don’t have the tools and definitely do not have the knowledge of how to do this. Just trying to save money by buying the parts myself.

I'm not near your area or I'd help. Do you have another vehicle you can drive to work or whatever your other obligations may be? If so, I'd buy yourself a C clamp and a basic set of sockets and go to work. Everything you mentioned is pretty easy to do other than maybe bleeding your brakes. If you take your time and want to learn. Youtube will help you throughout all of those as well.

Don't be afraid to ask more questions. I really think bleeding the brakes will be the worst part. If you use the clamp to compress your calipers just go slow. If the boot for the caliper piston is tore you may consider replacing the calipers too. If you're getting the entire hub that should be much easier than just buying the bearings.

Like others have mentioned, the stuff you mention for the front is all fairly straight forward, especially if you have a 2wd truck. I have no experience with the rear drums so i can't speak to that. Also, like mentioned, bleeding the brakes will be the most difficult part.

Thank you dairyman! I think I’ve got it covered as of right now, but I’ll definitely keep you in mind for future projects. Looks like I might have to replace ball joints soon.
