My payment is due on the 20th of each month and i enrolled for the online bill pay. Well, the 20th was yesterday and I made the payment on the 18th but the ToyotaFinancialServices website says my payment is still in process 3 days later and the money has not been taken out of the bank yet!!

Does anyone have any guidance for me?? This is ridiculous ive never EVER been late on a payment of any type before and now its saying ill likely have a late fee.

This is crap. I need help!

Being that the 20th was a weekend- I doubt they will hit you for a late fee. But keep your eye on it.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry it. It'll say on the payment to Toyota that it was made before the 20th.

I guess this is a good question to ask too- Is this the FIRST payment you are making....or have you been making them for a while already?? Cause if they have been going thru before- I wouldn't worry about it at all.

I had the same problem one month because their website was down for 3 days and my payment was due on 1 of these 3 days, so I called TFS (Toyota Financial Services) and asked them about it. They said that EVERY month NO MATTER WHAT you have a 10 day grace period (apparently by law?). So technically you have until the 30th for payment to be posted

Is this something you have to physically log into every month and wire money similar to Paypal?

Wouldn't having the payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account be much more convenient?

That's what I do. It is taken right out of our checking every month and I don't have to worry about it.
