I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
The only ones are irresponsible people that I have seen. If you have a plan from the moment you buy said items Bill Me Later is pretty nice to have. You defiantly want to pay it off before that 6 month mark or you get hit with fees and interest. I have bought many things with my bill me later account over the years about $20,000 total and $0.00 interest or fees the whole time I've had the account. So Id say that's pretty good just have a plan.

Buying stuff with credit is fine, but if you're asking for what to buy then you shouldn't. If you have to ask others what to spend money on then you're not buying it for yourself. I only buy things for my truck when I know exactly what I want.

I don't know if I phrased myself right. I don't mean to argue but I've seen too many of these posts where people don't know where to spend their money.

In the end its your money do what you will but don't spend the money just because its there.

the only form of payment you would accept through PayPal though would be billmelater because he doesn't want to pay all at once right now!

I use bill me later. Made payments with no interest. Could have just paid it all off, but spreading it over 6 months makes buying big purchases less stressful. I just ordered a Pelfreybilt Rear HC and Roof Rack with it.

The #1 thing to remember is if you still owe anything at 6 months you will owe all the interest your would have owed. Thats why it only screws over irresponsible people.

I do agree with everyone else, why spend the money if it isn't something you really want.

"6 months no interest? Woot! Imma' get this lift"

    (5 months later)

"FML, washing machine is going cray, guess I'll have to miss a BML payment"

    (2 months later)

"WTF IS THIS CHARGE ON MY BML FOR 6 MONTHS OF INTEREST?!?!?!?!?!"

Now you're fucked. That $50 minimum payment on your $5000 balance is now $500 and you're going to be jacked with 22% interest plus over-the-limit fees until you get it paid down.

This billmelater no interest thing is nothing new. There are other credit companies that offer the same thing with the same penalties. I don't know why you guys are acting like it's fresh. Lol.

I use Bill Me Later all the time. No issues ever. As mentioned, the interest promotion isn't anything new. They have that offer rather frequently.

I do agree though, if you have to ask what to buy, don't buy anything lol. I used the promotion when I bought my lift for the Taco. I COULD have paid for it right away if I wanted to but rather spread it out and use the free money. As Rich says, if you're going to use it, make sure to pay it off before the promotion ends. As with any kind of no interest/no payment deals.

I forgot those even existed. I should get one of those and transfer my BML balance to it and If I don't pay it off early. Then no penalty!
