What's up with Paypal? I sold an item on Ebay and the payment is be pending for up to 21 days. In the past the funds have always been available in 24 hours. Is this a new trend if it is I don't like it. I also read that when I move my paypal funds into my checking or savings that it could take an additional 21 days. That is potentially 42 days PayPal has my money..Is this the new norm?
