Oh, yeah. Definitely one of the reasons I'm glad it's bolt-together. Will be able to take my time.
    Some day... Haha

Just got a decent sized dent and a few good scuffs in the passenger side rear panel of the cab from a stick...

Road graders were grading the dirt road I live on and I had to go off into the ditch to avoid getting hit by their plow as they were coming towards me..... Whatever... Haha

Just glad I don't get as mad as I used to about dents haha

Don't know how it managed to get through my sliders, bad luck I guess.

If I was in Missouri I might would try that. But I know how the law works out here in my hometown area. It would be a waste of time haha

My mom had the cops on the phone when a couple people threw a rock through the back glass of her Trailblazer. Her word against their's and the cops wouldn't do anything. One guy that saw it pulled my dad aside and said they threw it but said he wouldn't tell the cops that

Haha yeah, so she traded it in for a new FJ. Funnily enough they offered her more on trade-in with a busted window than they did about a month before the whole ordeal.

The trailblazer was having issues anyways, so it pushed her to just get something better anyways.

Drove 500 miles today and ended up averaging 20.1 mpg by the time I got on base.

This is what the Ultra Gauge showed when the gas light came on. About 370 miles out of 18.5 gallons if I ran it to empty. that's with the larger tires factored in, which is why you can see my trip meter in the background showing 273.7 miles.

Also noticed that 3 LEDs are out on one of my halos :(

Do you reset your average mpg every tank? Or just keep it a running average?

I reset it for this 500 mile trip. All highway between 45-70mph

I got 18.5 mpg on the way home on the exact same route 12 days ago. Got anxious during the last two hours and sped home because I was tired of driving :anonymous:

Average trip for a normal work week is usually only about 14 mpg since my truck never warms up when driving to or from work.

Ah. I just filled up today and it was a few mpg off but that was more because of heavy foot. It's been within .1 for the most part on my normal routine though to work.

Yeah, I've gotten to the point that if I get 10mpg oh well.

But it is nice to know that I can still get decent mileage with the right amount of skinny pedal and patience.

Something I like behind slow idiots. But I am averaging 18.5 right now which isn't too bad
