How much rear lift did you get with the 2" AAL on your previously sagging leaf packs?

2", I haven't measured it since I got it installed, so it may be less now.

Drove through Coyote Canyon again today. Finally put my stock skids to use and bent and dented them pretty good. Also slammed hard on my frame coming down some rocks, luckily I didn't dent it.

    A little IFS flex

Probably could have gone a little farther back, but my leafs were already negative...

Learned a lot on how much of a difference your angle and the line you take makes on this spot. kept slipping until I took one line, and then just climbed right up.

I need a plate bumper! Pushing in my valence.... But I still made it up.

Surprisingly not! I had it smashed in pretty far, but it just popped back out by itself. All it did was leave a few gouges in the plastic.

Why do you need longer bump stops? Are the shocks bottoming out? Are the tires rubbing? Because the springs will still flex more (down to the overload) which looks to be about the same distance before your bump stops make contact.

Oh, and you need some sliders soon if you're gonna keep playing like that.

I thought you weren't supposed to negatively arch your leafs? Not that it matters really, I plan to get expos sometime next year anyway.

Yeah, I definitely need sliders! Already busted up my passenger side rocker panel. I plan to get those next, but if I get the style I want I won't have them until this fall. By then I'll be back in Missouri and won't have the need for them.... :(

Negative arching the springs isn't ideal because it can cause slightly quicker wear of the springs but they're designed to do it. That's why the overload is arched the way it is. It is like it is for when the springs go into neg. arch and the overload stops it from going any further.

Oh, okay. Makes sense. I'm not too worried about these leafs anyways since they're stock plus an add-a-leaf. I'll worry about bump stops when I redo the rear setup.

Spent 4 hours washing, clay barring, waxing, and vacuuming it today. Hasn't been this clean in a while!

Haha I'm trying to get as much trail time as I can while I'm in New Mexico, because once I go back to Missouri I'll be out of luck.

Haha it's not too bad. It'd look a LOT better if the grille was repainted and it was clean...
