2018 Sport with Premium Tech package. The day I picked it up the PCS off indicator was lit on the dash for about 2 hours. The dealer told me it was because of heavy rain. Anyway it has not been lit since. The weather has also been sunny, so I'm yet to determine if it will show up as off again when we get another heavy rain. I want to know if anyone else has experienced this with heavy rain in particular. I know that snow and ice can cause issues. Also there is a PCS button on the steering wheel, but when I press the button it doesn't seem to do anything. Right above or maybe below that button is the lane departure button and when I press that it turns the lane departure system on and off as expected. I would expect the same with the PCS button, but nothing happens from what I can tell. I read the manual and it doesn't reference that button at all, unless I overlooked it.

So this morning I answered my own post. The button on the steering wheel is for setting the distance for active cruise...duh. First time I used it.

I did believe it or not, just read the wrong section. I should have looked up "Dynamic Cruise" and not "Pre-collision System"
