I was driving home from the lake pulling my kayak trailer when the PCS light on the dash turned on while I was going around a bend in the highway. The weather was clear and 80 degrees, and I didn't get the warning message I've seen during super heavy rain or when there is frost on the windshield; just the dash light.

I checked the setting in the dash and it said it was still on. I turned it off, got the message about it being unavailable, and turned it back on again, and the light went out and stayed out. The Toyota emblem doesn't look dirty and the wiring looked fine. No signs of rodents under the hood.

It's the first time it's ever happened without some sort of obvious reason, so I'll just wait and see if it does it again before doing anything else. I was just wondering if anyone else has had it randomly do that?

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
In the few short months I've had mine, it came on once - it did not brake. I was swerving around a car that was stopped to make a left turn, and I suspect that is why (my wife hates how I handle that - she would stop and wait no matter how much room is available).
These systems are not perfect and cannot be programmed to easily identify EVERY unique circumstance. In your case I would ask if there was a fence or trees close to the edge of the pavement? If so, that may have been the trigger.

It didn't brake or beep to alert me that it was braking. The only thing that happened was the dash light came on that said it was off.
