Pedal Commander

I just installed the PC on my 2018 Tacoma TRD Sport. The unit works as it is supposed to but I have a question on the App. I connected the App and I can change modes and even the levels BUT I do not see any indication on the scale at the bottom of the screen telling me what level I am at - +1, +2, etc. On the hardware the change is being made but I would have thought the App would reflect that. Called Customer Support at PC and they had no solution aside from telling me to delete and re-download which I did with no change. Then they decided it had to be my phone. It is IOS and up to date. Then the guy says, "Well, it may work or it may not!"
Any of you folks have this problem or is it just an inferior app?

 

Nice spend $300 bucks and these guys basically tell you to go fuck yourself...I would send them a message by returning it.
