Pedal commander

Seems like your wife was the problem. But getting rid of the pedal commander was likely the cheaper solution.

 

I just drive around in ECT power mode (automatic lol) and throttle feels good most of the time, I can easily pull away from traffic at red lights with very little throttle pressure most of the time...

But as an old hot rodder, I do plan on getting an OTT tune one day...

 

On a very loose T.W. observation, I've come to find the majority of people who tell you the pedal commander is junk have never used one.

Their statements are null and void.

 

Some of us took others experiences skipped the place holder and just opted for the better option.

 

I just push that ECT button when I need a little fake power.

Although it does not increase engine power at any given RPM per say, it does raise the shift points at lower throttle inputs keeping the engine at a higher RPM longer and changes the throttle response to a point.. If you follow the dyno curve, the higher the RPM, the more power the engine makes, therefor if you are staying at higher RPMs, you have more power...I feel the effects more at lower speeds <40ish mph and less at higher speeds >80ish mph...

 

Sure, I'll explain. You can basically do the same thing with your fucking big toe.
