Hey guys. I made myself a high clearance rear bumper. I saw a local guy running a pelfreybilt high clearance rear and was checking to see if it had anything to stabilize the rear fenders. It had really nice brackets, that mount to factory holes.. My bedsides are pretty floppy, and I would like to copy them, unfortunately I don't have any pictures and was wondering if anyone on here could post some up.

Just make a simple bracket and drill a hole behind the flare. Think it cost me about $5 worth of scrap metal. I used aluminum so it wouldn't rust.

Here is what I made, just a simple L bracket. The bolt that holds it to the fender is behind the flare. I put some EDPM rubber stripping between the bracket and fender to keep the paint from rubbing off.

I re used the stock ones, cut them to where it won’t hit a HC bumper and I might have swapped the sides I’m don’t remember

This is great. Thanks for all the ideas. I like the rubber between the bracket and fenders. I tossed my stock mounts long ago otherwise I'd probably just use those.

That pelfreybilt bracket is way more trippy looking than I thought it would be haha. Thanks for all the responses guys
