Playing with the idea of asking PB if they can change out my standard rear swingout order with a high clearance swingout. Is there pretty much no going back after you cut the rear end (say if you wanted to sell it as stock)?

 

FINALLY! Got my bumper painted and installed. Took way too long but that seems to be normal life. I think it came out well so far I've been very pleased. I did have to trim the radiator support to mount the Xeon 10-S which and had to remove the contactor from the enclosure and I built a frame to mount it under the hood. Came out well. Also mounted a Rigid radiance 20" bar in the bumper with some Rigid sae fogs. While I was at it I changed out the failing rubber body mounts and radiator mounts with some energy suspension uruathane mounts. The radiator mounts and one body mount was starting to disintegrate. Also got my fuse panel in from Pelfreybilt and decided to try my first attempt at powder coating on it, not great but not bad either. Still working on all the wiring and buttoning up a few other things. I also added a Rigid radiance 30" bar to the camper shell in place of the useless glass that ARE installed in the roof. Lot of work in the last week or so. Now I just need funds for some rock sliders, skid plates, and maybe a rear bumper. How about it Satin? Feel like hooking me up??? LOL

 

I got mine last week. It's finally out of the box, but still not on the truck. I discovered my old EPi9.0 Superwinch needs modified to fit.

The bumper looks great though!

Pretty much not, unless you bought new bedsides which aren't cheap unless you found someone parting out a truck

 

Got it done! I unintegrated the solenoid from the EPi9.0 and mounted it under the hood (where the air intake tube was - I now have the firewall snorkel )

The bumper mounting itself was stupid easy. Rewiring the winch was time consuming

Ordered February 26th which is a Sunday. Got email about confirming all info the next day and got reply to my answers on February 28th

 

Dang I wont be seeing mine prolly till memorial day...

 

Yeah unfortunately it took exactly 10 weeks of the 8-10 weeks quote but I'm sure that was due to the huge discount
