    Pelfreybilt told me you'd have no problem fitting a 255 skinny 33. Not sure about freeing up more space though.

    How much space needs to be freed up? I jammed a worn 285/75/16 BFG KO up there. I think it sits a bit lower than the stock size spare but it's solid.

    Any issues with it being too close to the exhaust? I've seen some people that stuffed 33s up there bad some kinda weird burn marks on their tires but I think it was just a defect

    I've had a 255 spare (no aftermarket bumper yet, though) and it appears to be completely unscathed. I only had to bang back the two tabs ever so slightly to make it sit more flush.

    That's awesome. I was thinking with the aftermarket bumper that since it gets rid of the factory tow hitch itd clear up more space

    I might just see if it can this week. I have my full size spare mounted in the bed with an N-Fab tire mkunt. It lays flat in the bed and I can still fit stuff back there but id rather have my bed space

    It won't be there much longer. Gonna dump it over the axle and hopefully order a high clearance rear in a few months.
