This could be a good option for you, assuming you're looking at the swingout tire/rotopax mount bumper.

Tracking info received! Let's hope this Fedex freight truck has a lift gate and pallet jack for that 280 pounder!

Haha yup, just a HC with table and stuff.

Edit: bumper should should be around 190 altogether, so a lot of the weight is the pallet and packing material.

Is there an install guide for installing the Baja Designs lights with the standard rear bumper?

Getting closer to install and I have a couple questions:

For those with a cap, did you leave it on and measure 1/2" below the tail light and use the topper's edge as the parallel line?

What is a good adhesive to use for the rubber trim?

Any specific rust preventer to apply to thr cuts.. maybe something paint on?

    Tia

Put the light in the hole, screw the screws in, run wires to the front to a switch. Connect to battery. The end.

Plus too much strain on the spindle to use aluminum, iirc

Install complete! We were a little too proud of the fact that it was a perfect fit to consider that there really isn't room for small movements... It's not often I'm in full flexing situations though...

The 2016 uses a square bezel fog so the standard squadrons would be a better fit, either will work though. You can also swap the bezels if the lights are already purchased.

Yeah, I bought them with the pocket kit. Didn't know about the bezel swap. Thanks!

What is the torque spec for the bolts on the standard rear bumper? They aren't included in the instructions.

Typically just nice and tight is just fine but the specific torque spec for an high strength M12 bolt is right around 100ft/lbs
